Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager for our Men’s Wearhouse location in Tigard, OR. You will lead a store team, coach selling skills, recruit and train staff, and ensure an exceptional customer experience aligned with brand standards.

Responsibilities include achieving sales goals, managing store operations, scheduling, and maintaining visual merchandising. The ideal candidate has 3+ years retail leadership experience and a proven ability to drive performance and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-years’ experience leading, managing, and developing retail teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Proficient in technology systems, applications, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
• Ability to operate a computer and POS System.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff to meet sales, service and operational expectations.
• Develop game plans and execute to maximize sales and drive consistent performance.
• Maintain store programs to increase efficiencies in sales, service, operations, and branding.
• Create an engaged and inclusive store environment with ongoing training and meetings.
• Ensure exceptional customer experiences and monitor feedback to improve NPS and brand standards.
