Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• 1-3 years experience in retail management or customer-focused roles.
• Experience leading teams and driving sales in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Store Manager to develop and execute annual growth plans and staffing forecasts.
• Directly manages Captains (Supervisors) and coaches the broader store team.
• Upholds merchandising standards, executes floor sets, signage, pricing, and inventory presentation.
• Leads training initiatives and develops plans for store teammates.
• Partners with Store Manager on staffing, scheduling, and payroll aligned with budget goals.
• Hires and builds teams by sourcing, interviewing, and making hiring decisions for supervisors and hourly staff.
• Ensures safety, policy compliance, and exceptional customer service across the store.
