Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail management or customer-focused experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Store Manager to develop annual growth plans and forecast 90+ days out.
• Directly manages Captains (Supervisors) and coaches the store team to deliver results.
• Upholds merchandising standards and drives customer loyalty programs.
• Oversees payroll, scheduling, and staffing within budget goals.
• Hires and interviews teammates; makes hiring decisions for Captain/Supervisor and hourly staff.
