Job summary

The role requires mentoring and training of associates, managing staffing, and enforcing safety and customer service protocols to maintain a welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of Store management experience in a retail environment.
• Must maintain a high level of Customer service.
• Ability to lead, manage, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels.
• Ability to train, coach and develop Associates at all levels.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to accomplish goals and execute to achieve results.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Leads all Company Best Practices and maximizes productivity by minimizing steps and touches while working.
• Analyses Store reports to evaluate controllable expenses and overall Store performance.
• Addresses variance to Company standards with appropriate action plans.
• Ensures proper scheduling of Associates to meet business objectives.
• Responsible for payroll administration including daily punch edits and scheduling compliance.
• Direct supervision of Assistant Store Manager, Area Supervisors and all Retail Associates.
• Maintains a clean, neat, easy to shop environment and represents the Ross brand.
