Lead on-floor coaching, set clear expectations, recruit and build talent, and stay aligned with promotions and product launches to keep your team informed and motivated.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• 2+ years of retail leadership experience, with wireless or technology experience preferred.
• Ability to coach, develop, and motivate teams while driving performance and achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Rally the sales team at start of day, set clear goals, and implement strategies to crush targets.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate associates on the floor to win and grow.
• Review performance and create development plans to help each team member reach potential.
• Partner with your team to deliver tailored solutions and a five-star customer experience.
• Recruit, onboard, and build a strong, high-performing team.
