Total compensation ranges from $50,000 to $70,000+ annually (base salary + commission), with opportunities for growth through performance incentives and leadership development within the BeMobile

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience, with wireless or technology experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to coach, develop, and motivate teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive success by rallying the sales team, set clear goals, and implement strategies to crush targets and boost revenue.
• Lead on the floor by coaching, mentoring, and motivating associates with the tools and training they need to win.
• Track progress by reviewing performance, giving feedback, and creating personalized development plans.
• Deliver excellence by partnering with the team to provide tailored solutions and ensuring customers leave with the right technology and a five-star experience.
• Recruit and build talent by interviewing candidates, onboarding new hires, and shaping a strong, high-performing team.
• Stay connected by keeping up with promotions, product launches, and service updates so the team has the latest info to share.
