• Monitor store performance, inventory and expenses to maintain profitability.
• Collaborate with District Sales Manager on policies and goals.
• Lead recruiting, hiring, training, discipline and performance evaluation.
• Maintain store security with Asset Protection to reduce shrink.
• Communicate inventory movement and forecast needs to District Sales Manager.
• Implement marketing and advertising plans and monitor customer trends.
• Stay informed on competition and community events to seize opportunities.
