Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of customer service experience.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Retail experience, footwear and athletic apparel preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and sales goals.
• Manage store assets and operations.
• Direct sales efforts across all departments.
• Train and mentor store associates in sales strategies.
• Monitor sales statistics, inventory, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Collaborate with District Sales Manager on policies and goals.
• Lead personnel recruiting, hiring, training, and evaluation.
• Oversee payroll and scheduling to meet labor goals.
• Maintain store security and prevent shrink.
• Coordinate with Asset Protection on theft prevention.
• Communicate inventory movement and marketing plans to District Manager.
• Stay aware of customer trends and community events.
