Job summary

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all store sales efforts and operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate staff; manage payroll and scheduling.
• Ensure asset protection and reduce shrink; maintain store security.
• Coordinate with District Sales Manager on policies and goals.
