Qualifications

• Experience in retail, preferably footwear and athletic apparel.
• 13 years of customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Assumes responsibility of the entire store in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Oversee personnel recruiting, training and evaluation.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
• Maintain awareness of inventory movement, sales statistics and expenses to ensure profitability.
