Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a retail or service environment.
• Strong communication and people-management skills.
• Ability to manage payroll, scheduling, and daily store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store staff; recruit, train, and develop the team.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll processing, and adherence to company policies.
• Drive sales, inventory presentation, donation processing, pricing, and merchandising.
• Manage cash handling, deposits, and operating within budget parameters.
• Maintain open communication with leadership; provide daily production and sales reports.
• Conduct personnel reviews, time/attendance checks, and ensure OSHA and policy compliance.
