Qualifications

• Open availability to cover any shift, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle with proof of insurance for deposits.
• Retail or food service management experience preferred.
• Willingness to lead by example in all aspects of store operations.
• Food Safety Certification required or able to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead 8–15 employees across all shifts.
• Be the go-to person when coverage is needed and available for any shift.
• Run the register, stock, upsell, clean, maintain the lot and pumps.
• Coach team members to deliver great service and upsell promotions.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Handle banking and cash deposits; valid license and transport required.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
• Control expenses and labor hours while hitting sales goals.
• Execute company programs and marketing initiatives.
• Be willing to cross-train and assist deli/QSR operations.
• Other duties as assigned.
