Open availability, strong English and basic math, reliable transportation, and a commitment to maintaining a clean, well-stocked store are essential.

Qualifications

• Open Availability: weekends, holidays, and second/third shifts.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and vehicle, insured.
• Physical readiness to perform store tasks (cleaning, stocking, pumps).
• Minimum age requirement of 21+ years old.
• Proficient in English with basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register with speed, accuracy, and a positive attitude.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep stock.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including restrooms, trash areas, and fuel pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling, deposits, and oversee store financials.
• Provide feedback and leadership to motivate the team to excel.
• Other duties as assigned.
