Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Store Manager to lead one of its top convenience store locations. This role demands hands-on leadership, ownership of operations, and the ability to motivate teams across all shifts, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.

You will manage inventory, vendor orders, banking, and merchandising while coaching staff to deliver outstanding service and upsell promotions.

Qualifications

• Retail or food service management experience.
• Ability to lead 8–15 employees.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of 8–15 across all shifts.
• Cover all shifts, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Run register, stock, upsell, clean restrooms, and maintain lot.
• Coach staff to deliver service and upsell promotions.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Handle banking and cash deposits; require license and insured vehicle.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
• Control expenses and labor hours while meeting sales goals.
• Execute company programs and marketing initiatives.
• Be willing to cross-train and manage deli/QSR when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
