GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Store Manager to lead operations at one of its top convenience chains. You will own store performance, motivate a team of 8–15 associates, and step in across shifts, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.

This hourly role includes managing inventory, banking, customer service, scheduling, and executing promotions. The ideal candidate will lead by example, uphold safety standards, and drive sales while controlling costs.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead 8-15 employees across all shifts.

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, and merchandising.
• Handle banking and deposits with valid license and insured transport.
