Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations, drive performance, and mentor a team. You will be responsible for daily leadership across all shifts and for delivering excellent customer service while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

Must be 21+ years old.
Food Safety Certification required or obtainable.
Retail or food management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Take full ownership of store operations, team, and performance.
Lead 8-15 employees across all shifts.
Cover shifts including evenings, overnights, weekends, holidays.
Perform duties of store staff including register, stocking, cleaning, and merchandising.
Coach and upsell promotions and key items.
Recruit, hire, and train new team members.
Manage inventory, vendor orders, and banking.
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
Control expenses and labor hours while achieving sales goals.
