Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Sales Associate/Customer Service Team Leader for its Buckeye, AZ location. The role focuses on delivering 100% customer satisfaction through warm greetings, efficient service, accurate cash handling, and preventing shrink.

You will assist with stocking, merchandising, and basic store operations while adhering to safety and compliance guidelines. Ideal candidates are 18+, fluent in English, with strong math skills and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

Experience in retail customer service.
Ability to lift 10–50 lbs.
Must be at least 18 years old and able to read/write English.
Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale equipment.
Ability to lead and train others.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly as they enter the store and provide fast, friendly service.
Ring up sales on the register; handle cash and refunds accurately.
Assist with shift-change duties and cash drawer reconciliation.
Check IDs for restricted sales and ensure compliance with store policies.
Restock and front-face merchandise; rotate stock and price items per price book.
Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment; maintain store cleanliness.
Receive and check in vendor deliveries and place orders as needed.
Monitor cash levels and security procedures during shifts; communicate needs to management.
