GPM Investments in Simsbury, CT is seeking a Store Manager for Pride brand at Store 625. You will lead store operations, drive performance, and set the example on each shift.

Manage 8–15 associates across all shifts, cover all shifts as needed, run registers, stock, upsell, and ensure safety and customer satisfaction. This hourly role offers weekly pay and bonuses; full-time with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Open availability to cover any shift, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license, access to a personal vehicle, and proof of insurance.
• Retail or food management experience preferred.
• Food Safety Certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of 8-15 employees across all shifts.
• Be the go-to person for coverage and be available for any shift.
• Run the register, stock, upsell, clean facilities, and manage lot and pumps.
• Coach staff to deliver excellent service and upsell promotions.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, and merchandising.
• Handle banking and cash deposits with required license/insurance.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
• Control expenses and labor hours while achieving sales goals.
• Execute programs and marketing initiatives.
• Be willing to cross-train and cover deli/QSR when needed.
