Job summary

GPM Investments is seeking an Assistant Manager for Store 625 in Simsbury, CT. The role requires open availability, weekends and holidays, and likely second or third shifts. You will assist the Store Manager with daily operations, customer service, and team leadership.

The position offers weekly pay, a potential monthly bonus, 401(k) plan, paid time off, comprehensive insurance, and clear career growth to store leadership. A $1000 sign-on bonus is provided after 6 months in position.

Qualifications

• Open availability to work weekends, holidays, and second/third shifts.
• Must have valid driver's license, access to personal vehicle, and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team focused on customer service.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including restrooms and pumps.
