Sobeys Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to set strategic direction and oversee all aspects of store operations, including merchandising, inventory, and staff performance. You will coach the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve budgeted results.

Lead local market initiatives, ensure compliant operations with OH&S and food safety standards, and foster a high-engagement environment that drives loyalty and community presence.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Full knowledge of retail operations across the whole store.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of SAP retail modules.

Responsibilities

• Provide and communicate the strategic direction for the store.
• Manage all facets of store operations and drive excellence in merchandising and inventory.
• Coach and develop store team for superior customer service and engagement.
• Lead community presence and partnerships to support events and loyalty.
