Responsibilities

• Leads all Store operations to ensure company standards and best practices are met.
• Recruits, trains and develops Assistant Store Manager, Area Supervisors and Associates.
• Manages stockroom, front end and sales floor to ensure timely merchandise flow and productivity.
• Controls expenses and payroll with effective scheduling and adherence to budgets.
• Ensures safety, customer service and merchandise presentation standards.
