You\'ll lead recruitment and development, review KPIs, manage schedules, and ensure brand standards while partnering with corporate teams to optimize strategies and customer experiences across channels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; familiar with retail systems.
• Ability to analyze selling reports and identify trends.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsabilités
