Responsibilities include leading clienteling, developing talent, managing forecasts, and partnering with corporate teams to optimize strategies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience in fashion/lifestyle or comparable environment.
• Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; experienced with retail systems.
• Strong English language proficiency.
• Ability to analyze selling reports, identify trends, and react quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead client & service leadership; model Kate Spade service and sell-through standards.
• Drive omni-channel and virtual selling; manage clienteling via books, outreach, and loyalty programs.
• Empower the team to personalize experiences and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Recruit, onboard and develop diverse talent; coach and address underperformance.
• Own store sales plans and forecasts; work with corporate on market data and strategies.
• Champion Kate Spade aesthetics; maintain brand standards and visual directives.
• Oversee opening/closing, cash handling, payroll scheduling, and loss prevention.
