Formación

• 2+ years retail management experience.
• Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and retail systems.
• Fluent English required; able to work flexible hours.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client-focused service and model Kate Spade selling standards.
• Recruit, onboard, and coach team; manage performance.
• Create sales plans and analyze KPIs; drive omni-channel efforts.
• Uphold brand standards and visual directives across the store.
• Oversee opening/closing, schedules, payroll, inventory, and loss prevention.
