Burlington Stores, a leading off-price retailer, is seeking a Store Manager to lead all aspects of a multi-million-dollar store operation. You will mentor, coach, and partner with store associates to deliver world-class service and strong financial results.

You will direct daily merchandising, operations, and service management, ensuring adherence to policies and driving sales growth while maintaining Burlington values across the store and in the community.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs. Travel may be required.

Responsabilités

• Direct management and oversight of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates.
• Partner with Merchandising to coordinate merchandise placement, promotions and pricing.
• Review receiving, transfers, debits/damages, RTVs and chargeback paperwork for inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD); lead by example and uphold Burlington SOPs.
• Manage multi-million-dollar sales volume and expense budget; review reporting and records.
