Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and planning of associates' daily goals and activities to deliver an exceptional client experience, maximizing sales and KPIs.
• Recruit, train and develop the team; coach and manage performance.
• Ensure execution of company processes including Omni-channel fulfillment (SFS/SDD/BOPIS).
• Oversee inventory, payroll hours, scheduling, and store procedures.
• Maintain safety and loss prevention; protect company assets and enforce policies.
