Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives.
• Can effectively communicate with team and management.
• Must have scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Brand leadership and supervision of associates to deliver an exceptional client experience and drive sales/KPIs.
• Recruit and develop team members; maintain positive associate relations and communicate company information.
• Oversee operations, including Omni-channel fulfillment and adherence to brand standards.
• Manage inventory, payroll hours, scheduling, and store opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain safety and loss prevention practices; protect assets and ensure compliance with policies.
