You will share ownership of store results, oversee a division (visuals, operations, HR, service), and contribute to recruiting, training, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain excellent performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-time retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Store Director to maximize profitability and brand connection.
• Own a division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems and technology, ensuring accountability.
• Support Store Director with recruiting and development efforts.
• Foster a collaborative environment across the team.
• Ensure the team consistently delivers best-in-class customer service.
• Develop engaging community events to build loyalty.
• Step into various sales floor roles as needed.
