RaceTrac is seeking a high-energy General Manager to lead a fast-paced, guest-focused store in Davenport, IA. You will oversee up to 45 employees, drive profitability, and develop a culture of excellence through coaching, training, and mentorship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail, food service, or restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team-building skills.
• Ability to analyze business metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of labor laws and staffing best practices.
• High School Diploma or GED, in progress or completed.
• Must obtain and maintain Manager Food Handler certification (and alcohol server permit, if required).
