Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to supervise and train for CSR, LSR and SA roles.
• Ability to use a computer and generate reports, inventory and cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Open availability and clear English communication.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 2+ full-time employees; recruit, train and schedule staff.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers; resolve customer issues and maintain attendance.
• Train employees on safety, cash handling, and company standards.
• Communicate regularly with staff; lead meetings and provide feedback.
• Organize store files, inventory, displays and reports; ensure accurate signage.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses; manage budgets and profit margins.
