Job summary

• Ability to supervise and train staff per CSR/LSR/SA descriptions.
• Proficiency with computer reports, inventory and cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• English communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 2+ full-time employees; recruit, hire and train staff.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and store image.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Train staff on safety procedures and cash handling; prepare performance reviews in Workday.
