Aufgaben

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent shopping experience and keep the store clean and organized.
• Model exceptional customer service and uphold integrity and confidentiality.
• Manage truck deliveries and prioritize merchandise onboarding to the floor.
• Train Associates on merchandising principles and tagging procedures.
• Communicate with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure smooth flow of goods.
• Monitor team productivity and coach as needed.
• Maintain backroom organization, signage, and safety standards.
• Support store shrink reduction efforts and safety programs.
