Job summary

SBOC/Han-Dee Hugo’s in Apex, NC seeks a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service at the store level and perform CSR duties per the Operations Policy. The role includes assisting the Manager with training new CSR candidates and leading by example.

The position requires proficiency with POS, Credit/Debit card transactions, Lottery, Lotto, ATMs and other equipment, plus handling paperwork and banking tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Record of success as a Customer Service Representative at SBOC/Han-Dee Hugo’s.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and department manuals.
• Ability to present information clearly to customers and employees.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Ability to perform basic math and cash handling.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform CSR duties per the Operations Policy and Procedures Manual.
• Assist Manager with recruiting and training CSR candidates.
• Operate Point of Sale equipment and handle Credit/Debit card transactions.
• Handle paperwork transactions and banking duties as needed.
• Provide leadership to CSR staff and maintain a positive store environment.
• Address customer complaints professionally and promptly.
• Promote teamwork and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Maintain knowledge of reports, cash controls, and inventory procedures.
