• Leads and models a customer-first culture across all roles.
• Holds the leadership team accountable for active floor management by assigning shifts, reviewing results, and providing feedback to maintain a five-star customer experience.
• Provides ongoing coaching and training to enhance individual selling skills, behaviors, and processes.
• Oversees payroll to ensure it stays within the monthly budget and authenticates timesheets for all roles.
• Drives store toward Total Monthly Income goals by executing foundational excellence and leadership.
• Monitors inventory, special orders, receiving, layaway, repairs, and ensures first quality standards for merchandise.
• Communicates daily sales goals to the team and tracks performance through reviews and feedback.
• Develops action plans for improvement via weekly performance discussions using customer reviews and mystery shops.
• Builds a strong bench and talent pipeline; ensures staffing needs are met and positions filled within 30 days.
