Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma or GED.
2+ years retail leadership experience preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a team.

Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a motivated team. Set clear goals and provide ongoing feedback to drive top performance.
Customer Experience: Deliver an exceptional shopping experience by addressing needs and maintaining high service standards.
Sales & Performance: Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management, promotions, and targets.
Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, inventory, visual merchandising, and store maintenance; ensure policy compliance and safety.
Financial Management: Help manage budgets, control expenses, and analyze sales data to optimize performance.
Marketing & Community Engagement: Implement local marketing initiatives and build relationships with the community to grow brand presence.
Innovation & Problem-Solving: Stay current on industry trends and identify opportunities for store improvements.
