Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of progressively responsible experience in a lead/supervisor role or completion of the CGX Leadership Development program (LDP).
• Ability to routinely lift 10 pounds and occasionally lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist in management of a retail activity with sales under $14M.
• Hire, train, and develop assigned personnel; coach and provide growth opportunities.
• Handle inventory, pricing, stocking, and warehousing; assist customers and resolve complaints.
• Open/close the store; supervise other employees in manager absence; weekends as scheduled.
• Review monthly P&L and take action to meet financial plans.
• Ensure Loss Prevention, safety standards, and emergency preparedness compliance.
