Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Part Time Store Manager on Duty in Scottsdale to drive store operations, coach the team, and ensure excellent customer service.

You will open/close the store, handle cash, manage floor sets and replenishment, and resolve customer concerns with positive outcomes. You will lead the team when needed, focus on improving conversion, UPT and Sales Per Hour, and participate in onboarding new hires while fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment and community

Qualifications

• Progressive retail leadership experience with supervising, coaching and training.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive process adoption, open and close the store as a manager on duty.
• Manage cash handling and merchandise operations (shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns, replenishment).
• Support resolution of customer concerns with positive outcomes and escalate as needed.
• Supervise store team in the absence of another manager and coach for selling culture.
• Aim to improve KPIs: conversion, units per transaction, sales per hour.
• Support onboarding of new hires and foster inclusive environment.
• Collaborate with team and Home Office on community events to boost brand engagement.
• Act as brand ambassador and model Levi's core values.
