Qualifications

• Retail leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in apparel or activewear.
• Experience coaching, training, and motivating team members.
• Collaborative role model exhibiting inclusive, belonging-focused behaviors.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Growth mindset; willing to learn new tools and initiatives.
• Interest in the Beyond Yoga brand and lifestyle.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Create an engaging, high-energy shopping experience and model excellent customer service.
• Coach and supervise stylists on selling culture and customer connection to drive the business.
• Monitor and improve KPIs such as conversion rate, units per transaction, and sales per hour.
• Open and close the store as a keyholder/ manager on duty.
• Build relationships and foster an inclusive work environment.
