Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. in Santa Monica, CA, seeks a part-time Store Manager on Duty for the Beyond Yoga concept.

You will open and close the store, handle cash, manage merchandise operations, and ensure high standards of service. You will coach and supervise the store team, drive key performance metrics such as conversion and sales per hour, onboard new hires, and partner with Home Office to engage with the local community and reinforce the brand experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to coach, train, and develop staff.
• Strong customer service and cash-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store as on-duty manager and handle cash and operations.
• Manage shipments, floor sets, markdowns and replenishment.
• Resolve customer concerns with positive outcomes and coach staff.
• Drive KPIs such as conversion, units per transaction and sales per hour.
• Onboard new hires and build an inclusive store culture.
