• Provide ongoing coaching to help Team Members achieve performance goals.
• Schedule and assign Team Members and manage workload.
• Ensure pricing and timely markdowns follow guidelines.
• Secure merchandise and protect store assets.
• Market and display merchandise to meet store standards and maintain a safe environment.
• Comply with all legal requirements.
• Enforce all program, operational and personnel policies.
