Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor/lead experience
• Able to pass background and drug test
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Knowledge of pawned items a plus
• Bilingual a plus

• Lead and coach store Team Members to meet goals.
• Perform opening and closing store procedures.
