Job summary

PLS is seeking a Store Manager in Fort Worth, TX to lead daily store operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and meet financial goals. You will recruit and coach team members, ensure compliance, and implement strategies to maximize sales while maintaining a high standards of service.

The role requires at least two years of management experience in related sectors, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage with customers.

Qualifications

• This role requires a minimum of two years of management experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant sectors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage with customers and develop positive relationships with coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining exemplary customer service and building relationships to drive repeat business.
• Establishing a strong customer service culture and meeting store goals.
• Recruiting, developing, and motivating store team members to exceed expectations.
• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Analyzing financial statements and trends to increase sales and profitability.
• Supervising daily operations including cash handling and audits.
• Coaching staff according to career development plans from the District Manager.
• Marketing within the community to grow market share and store revenues.
• Addressing customer complaints promptly and effectively.
• Other duties as assigned.
