EZCORP is hiring a Team Leader to guide a team of 3–10+ sales associates in a fast-paced retail environment. You will coach, mentor, and develop staff while delivering exceptional customer service and building strong customer relationships.

You will negotiate mutually beneficial pawn and sales transactions, analyze profitability, and drive store performance. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years in a management role.
• Ability to describe solutions and benefits to customers.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 3–10+ sales associates.
• Negotiate pawn and sales transactions with customers.
• Analyze reports and profitability statements; propose actions.
• Recruit, orient, train, and appraise team members.
• Schedule staff and ensure store operations meet requirements.
• Maintain pricing and timely markdowns following guidelines.
• Ensure security and safe store environment.
• Comply with all legal requirements and company policies.
