The role includes cashiering, stocking, inventory control, planogram implementation, and assisting with store management in the absence of the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to operate cash register and scanner.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership and operate cash register.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling, training and safety meetings.
• Manage merchandise including stocking, restocking and displays.
• Monitor inventory, damages, markdowns and paperwork.
• Support planograms and merchandise presentation as directed.
• Ensure financial integrity through cashier accountability and deposits.
• Assist with store management in the Store Manager's absence.
