Job summary

Toys“R”Us in Zona Rosa is seeking a Store Manager who will lead daily operations, develop the team, and drive sales. You will ensure a positive, memorable, and fun customer experience, while coordinating with Merchandising, Promotions, Events, Training and Finance to meet business goals.

The role demands a strong retail background, coaching skills, and the ability to balance customer satisfaction with sales targets in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• BA, BS or Associate’s degree required.
• Preferred experience – minimum 2 years in retail, hospitality or Event execution management.
• Proven successful experience as a retail store manager with sales focus.
• Self-motivated, accountable, responsible and open to feedback.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Knowledge in retail operations, sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, store budget preparation and loss prevention is preferred.
• Experience in behavioral coaching, conflict management, training and development is a plus.
