Job summary

Toys"R"Us is looking for a Store Manager for our Flagship at Outlets of Little Rock. You will lead daily operations, drive sales targets and act as a liaison between customers, store staff and Home Office functions such as Merchandising and Promotions.

We seek a motivated leader with a proven track record in retail management who can coach teams, deliver training and maintain a positive, customer-focused store culture at the Little Rock location.

Qualifications

• BA, BS or Associate’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years in retail, hospitality or event execution management.
• Self-motivated, accountable, responsible and open to feedback.
• Proven successful experience as a retail store manager with sales focus.

Responsibilities

• Create an animated, appealing environment and inspire the team and customers.
• Recruit, hire, train and retain a cheerful, sales-focused Associate team.
• Provide and communicate clear expectations of Toys"R"Us standards and merchandising.
• Deliver training, feedback and regular reviews to drive performance.
• Plan and analyze the business to generate sales and KPI improvements.
• Collaborate with Home Office on events and visual merchandising.
