Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant, retail, or guest service management experience.
• Sales growth, P&L statements, recruiting and training experience.
• Must be 18 years or older; valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations, staffing, scheduling, and bench planning.
• Own recruitment: posts, sourcing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
• Coach and develop team to deliver strong guest experiences and progress.
• Drive safety, food safety compliance and quality standards.
• Represent Caribou and lead in community engagement and brand culture.
• Manage daily operations to meet sales goals and operational metrics.
