Responsibilities

• Lead a brand ambassador and culture for your team and customers
• Prepare specialty coffee and espresso beverages, including latte art
• Train new team members and uphold brand standards
• Provide ongoing education for energy and excellence in coffee, food, and service
• Adhere to local and state labor laws
• Oversee coffee & beverage program quality checks and team education to maintain brand standards
• Oversee food program quality checks and team education for dishes and grab & go items
• Ensure food safety and cleanliness protocols per Department of Health
• Oversee cash handling policies including deposits
• Model excellent customer service to build a community of Gregulars in-store
• Learn inventory metrics (COGS) and weekly labor metrics; create strategic schedules
• Process regular bank deposits per company policy
• Learn to manage turnover metrics by creating a positive employee experience
• Create store action plans to grow sales and customer foot traffic
• Create and execute store action plans to continuously improve while solving problems
• Participate in team-building and leadership development activities
• Engage in latte art competitions and culture events to foster team spirit
• Support internal growth opportunities and mentorship programs
