Job summary

Gregory's Coffee is seeking an Area Leader to manage two to four CT locations, guiding Store Leaders and teams to uphold coffee, food, and service standards. This role emphasizes people development, coaching, and operational excellence across busy stores.

You will lead training, maintain quality, and drive customer satisfaction while overseeing staffing, safety, and financial performance within a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee two to four Gregory's Coffee locations and support Store Leaders
• Develop team talent through onboarding, evaluations, and coaching
• Lead coffee program training and maintain quality and consistency across stores
• Drive guest experience by delivering 5-star service and addressing customer concerns
• Manage facilities, equipment, and upkeep to ensure clean, safe stores
• Oversee financial performance, scheduling, and inventory to meet targets
• Coordinate with executives and training for new rollouts and initiatives
• Maintain relationships with local communities and store teams
