HouseMart is seeking a Store Operations Associate to support the Store Manager in achieving daily goals and driving sales across our Hawaii stores. This role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and teamwork to deliver a great shopping experience for our community.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in retail supervision, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office, Google tools, and inventory processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field or at least 3 years of related experience may be substituted.
• 2-3 years of retail and/or supervisory experience preferred or completion of a Manager Trainee Program.
• Working experience with MS Office, Google, internet and e-mail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in monitoring daily goals and monthly sales vs budgeted targets.
• Support planning and control of financial matters within budgeted limits.
• Ensure adherence to company objectives, policies and procedures in store operations.
• Greet customers promptly and determine their needs, offering appropriate products or services.
• Coach staff and develop a teamwork-focused environment.
• Assist in maintaining inventory systems and annual physical inventory.
